Mr. Efraim is a co-founder of Efraim Kattan Weinstein Law Offices.
Mr. Efraim has vast experience in Corporate Law, Securities, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, High-Tech Law, Real Estate & Hotels and International Transactions.
Mr. Efraim regularly counsels corporations on issues involving corporate finance and raising funds in complex financing rounds.

Recently, Mr. Efraim has represented clients in significant commercial matters, including:
  • Initial Public Offering of technology oriented corporations on the Israeli Stock Exchange
  • Structuring capital raising through private placements on the Israeli and the American capital markets.
  • Structuring and Founding Venture Capital Funds raised more than 1 billion dollars, aggregately
  • Involvement in operational leases of hotels
  • Representing land owners in land development transactions involving hundreds of residential units of real estate


Mr. Efraim regularly represents international corporations seeking to initiate business in Israel as well as Israeli companies overseas.
Academic Positions
Mr. Efraim holds the position of lecturer at the Haifa University and at the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yafo, teaching several courses in the fields of Corporate Finance and Corporate Law & Securities. In addition, Mr. Efraim is a frequent lecturer at conferences and seminars intended for financial executives and officers.

Over the past few years Mr. Efraim has also served as a lecturer and as a teaching assistant at the Tel Aviv University and at the Inter-Disciplinary Center in Herzelia specializing in a variety of subjects within the realm of High-Tech Law, Venture Capital, International Law and International Trade.
