EKW attorneys Hezi Kattan and Tsippy Bengi represented Holitel Hotels Ltd. (former Siesta Eilat Ltd.) in leasing Holitel Siesta Eilat and Tsell Harim hotels of Gmul Investment Company Ltd. (public company) controlled by Mr. controlled by Mr. Leon Recanati, for an annual rent of 7.4 million NIS.
