Mr. Weinstein is a co-founder of Efraim Kattan Weinstein Law Offices and the head of the litigation department.
Mr. Weinstein has vast experience in representing companies and privet clients in a broad range of civil cases, commercial litigation, class action lawsuits, and current legal consulting.
Mr. Weinstein represents the firm's clients in commercial and business disputes before all courts and arbitration proceedings. The litigation department deals with variety kind of disputes including commercial and civil cases, banking law, receivership, enforcement, estates and probate.
